Feedni Terms of Service

By using Feedni (the website, mobile apps, or any related services), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Service

Feedni connects customers with local service providers. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and provide accurate information when creating an account or booking services.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

You may sign in with email + verification code or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Google sign-in is subject to Google's terms in addition to these.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are between you and the service provider. Feedni facilitates discovery, booking, and payment processing. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the provider's policies (shown at booking time) and applicable law.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Providers must deliver services as described, comply with local laws, and maintain appropriate licenses/insurance. Feedni may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Feedni is a platform and is not liable for the acts or omissions of users or providers, service quality, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees (if any) paid to us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate accounts for violations.
